Betpawa Terms and Conditions — Your Rights & Responsibilities

1 General Information

6 Prohibited Activities

• Opening an account under someone else's identity or with false information.
• Using betpawa for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to artificially influence betting markets or placing bets on fixed matches.

• Placing bets using automated software or bots.

7 Account Closure & Suspension

Users may also close their account at any time at their own discretion. Any valid balance remaining in the account will be refunded; however, unused bonus balances are non-refundable.

• Loss caused by delays or issues with third-party payment providers.
• Losses resulting from a security breach on the user's own device.
• If service is disrupted due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or war.

In all circumstances, betpawa's total liability is limited to the amount the user staked in the bet related to the incident.
